will it be this week or next for registration as i am off on holiday for two weeks and don’t want to miss out!…p.s. please could you have a no dogs rule this year please, it was very annoying being tripped up by the black Labradors at the start of the race, not what you want when going for a pb!

Entry will open from tonight at 6pm. There will bea update on the adnams10k website. In the past we have assumed that runners would not bring their dogs (or wear headphones) so this year we will make it much clearer that it’s not allowed.
